The Chinese came up with the Heart-Shaped Boob Challenge, so naturally the Japanese had to go one better

Move over heart-shaped boobs, we have a new digital idiocy sheriff in town: The wide-spaced boobs! It was only a little over a week ago that the heart-shaped boob challenge was taking the internet by storm.

The trend, made popular by Chinese social media site Weibo, encouraged women to use their hands to mold their breasts into the shape of a heart and post the pictures on social media. It wasn’t long before the trend made its way around the world and caught the attention of netizens everywhere.

Before that, there was the ‘One Finger Selfie Challenge’ where social media users were posting selfies where their privates were covered using just one finger; even before that, there was the ‘Hold Coke With Your Boobs Challenge,’ with the challenge being exactly what it sounds like.

But now, the wide-spaced boobs are the new hottest trend. Gravure idols (Japanese models who primarily model in magazines, especially those marketed to men, photobooks, or DVDs. Gravure idols, in most cases, emphasize their sexual attractiveness and often model in swimsuits) from Japan are showing off their wide-spaced breasts in their brand new line of swimsuits. The cleavage shown often makes the shape of the Japanese character Han (人) which looks like a person (does it? we’re none the wiser), leading one of the models to make the joke that ‘someone was supporting the saggy boobs!’

The trend of having a large gap between the breasts is becoming increasingly popular.

The fad is sure to catch up with the rest of the internet these coming days; keep an eye on social media and let us know if you see more!

Currently popular amongst the gorgeous Gravure idols of Japan, don’t be surprised if you see this trend being latched on to by netizens from around the world.

What do you think of this latest trend that’s gripping the internet? Do you think it’s just another silly fad and will die down or is it going to take the world by storm? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.
